EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Single Booths ($450) are 8’ by 10’


 

Double Booths ($675) are 16’ by 20’

Each Booth will include a Skirted Table, 2 Chairs,

Basic Wireless Internet Service, and Electrical Outlets.

Conference Center hallways are 10’ wide.

Exhibit Hall ceiling is 10’ high.

Booth space will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.

 

 Please complete the Application for Exhibit Space form and return, with payment, before January 18, 2013. You will receive email confirmation of your Booth and payment receipt. Please include a valid email address on your application.





All special requests must be submitted prior to March 1, 2013. All shipments must be received no sooner than four days prior to the Conference. Advance arrangements for shipping equipment and supplies should be made through the Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort by calling 800-793-6507.
